  • Our attempt at complimenting an already popular refreshing summer beer, we have added Spanish cedar spirals to the fermenter and allowed the beer to obtain the unique but complimentary characteristics of the aromatic and flavorful natural ingredient. White pepper and grapefruit components of the cedar give this beer a nice complexity that creates a bit more depth to a traditional Hefeweizen.
